In this sequel to Code 8, Connor, played by Robbie Amell, works as a janitor after being released from prison and cutting ties with his former criminal associate Garrett, portrayed by Stephen Amell. Connor's efforts to stay out of trouble are thwarted when he must assist 14-year-old Pav, played by Sirena Gulamgaus, in escaping from corrupt officers led by Sergeant King, portrayed by Alex Mallari Jr., who uses new robotic K9 units to track her down. Desperate for help, Connor reaches out to Garrett and his crew, but wonders if he can trust the man who put him behind bars in the first place.
